Description

Just 300 meters from the spectacular Coson Beach, this large villa is located in Los Nomadas private gated residential complex with every amenity to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. The private car park leads you to the huge 2,950mt² tropical garden where the large salt pool with 20 x 5 m infinity, lined with deckchairs invite you to relax.

Casa de Luz comprises:

A central section with a large living-dining room with American style kitchen and breakfast bar, air conditioned TV room and a large partly covered terrace houses an outdoor lounge and dining area.

Two independent wings house the 8 bedrooms, all very spacious and with en suite bathroom, some overlooking the pool and two Master bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Staff quarters with bed and bathroom to accommodate house staff to run the kitchen and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

At night a lighting system creates a Zen atmosphere which gives the house its name, House of Light.

A two-minute walk will take you to Coson beach, one of the region´s prettiest beaches bordering Los Nomadas residence.
