This amazing 400mt² villa is situated in the private gated residential complex Los Nomadas, a luxury 30 acre property by the sea. The villa has a superb garden with direct access to Coson Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean.

Entry to the villa is via a large interior patio with pond. Extending the length of this patio is a large 100mt² living room with a large fully fitted kitchen. Then comes the 150mt² covered terrace facing the pool and the sea. This terrace has a beautiful outdoor lounge and large dining area.

The villa also has a large indoor air conditioned TV lounge and 5 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. 3 bedrooms have King size beds, 1 bedroom has 2 Twins beds and 1 bedroom has 2 Twins beds (pullout). 10 beds to sleep 12 people. The 50mt²master bedroom has a magnificent sea view.
