Description

If you have a large family and are looking for somewhere to enjoy an unforgettable holiday then this is the villa to suit all your needs. In fact Villa Jerome can accommodate up to 12 and is situated on a hillside surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and only 200 meters from the a magnificent beach lined with coconut groves.

Built on 3 floors, the main part of the house, measuring 400 mt² is suited for 12:

- The top floor holds a Master Suite surrounded by a veranda with a spectacular 180º view and a negative edge pool … the ideal spot to watch a glorious sunset over the sea.

- The floor beneath consists of a living room-kitchen leading out onto a 40 mt² covered terrace. Facing the sea stretches a miror pool (secured), teak deck and solarium.

- Descending the soapstone stairs, each step inlaid with tiny black pebbles, you come to the bedrooms. The mezzanine consists of two 40 mt² Master Suites, each with King Size, bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and pirvate balcony. At the bottom of the stairs a hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, one with Queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds, private bathroom and balcony. One of these rooms leads to an anteroom with a cot and 2 bunk beds.

This property is situated on private and secure grounds in Las Terrenas, Samana Peninsula, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. It is just 200 meters from the sea and 1 km from the town of Las Terrenas where you will find boutiques, restaurants, discotheques, supermarkets.

Ideal for maximum 12 people.
