Villa Julia

Villa Julia is perched 100 meters above sea level on a small hill overlooking the sea and the nearby houses and it’s located a few steps away from the beach. This villa can accommodate 10 people and is decorated in a sober, luxurious contemporary style. 

- A Master Suite resting on the roof of the house lending an atmosphere of complete luxury and total privacy : 1 king size, study with PC, a bathroom open to a large extent to nature with WC, an indoor shower and a natural outdoor shower with sea view and a huge 200 mt² terrace with 180° panorama!

- A Junior Suite. Totally independent bedroom with king size, a study, bathroom with panoramic shower and WC, with a clear view over the valley, the surrounding hills and the ocean.

- 2 more bedrooms : one with king size plus single fold-up, the other with a Queen and 2 singles, leading out onto a private landscaped terrace. These bedrooms are served by a bathroom with shower and separate WC.

- A luxury dining room : designed for formal dinners.

- A state of the art fully fitted kitchen offering a splendid view adding to the pleasure of preparing meals for friends and family!

- A large indoor-outdoor veranda overhanging the negative edge swimming pool with spectacular view. This veranda which is both outdoor and indoor is the ideal place for a pleasant lunch with friends!

- A living room where you can comfortably relax on the sofa and enjoy the latest movies on the HD plasma screen complete with 5.1 home cinema system or simply listen to music on the multimedia system.
