A Luxury Mexican style villa for up to 16 guests, on a beautiful and unique hill feet in the ocean, between 3 of the most beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas.

It is located at the end of the Las Ballenas beach road where the river flows into the sea, only 100 meters from the beach and 10 minutes by car to town.

Playa Las Ballenas is one of the largest beaches of Las Terrenas. Fantastic for families! It starts right after the famous fisherman village, where you find many restaurants and ends with an enchanting river. All over you can find plenty of charming small bars or restaurants to chill out.

With very little waves, Las Ballenas is safe for kids to swim and play on the beach. It is also a perfect area to snorkel. There is a little sailing school where you can rent sailboats and kayaks to discover the surrounding beaches and create your own mini adventure.

The villa has a big infinity pool and faces the West.

SO be ready to enjoy the best sunset views!

This 2 floor-villa has in total 7 bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning.

All the bedrooms have view on the ocean.

Upper floor:

Large living room with American fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, all open on a huge terrace with view on the infinity pool, Playa Bonita, and the mountains.

1 Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and big bathroom.

1 Bedroom with King Size Bed and bathroom.

Lower floor:

A spacious room to play billiards, watch tv, enjoy the bar and a massage room.

1 Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and big bathroom.

2 Bedrooms with Queen Size Bed and bathroom.

A “Family-Appartement” with 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed and another one with 2 bunk beds. Those 2 bedrooms share a bathroom in the middle of both bedrooms.
