Villa Sofia is a new, modern designer villa, unique in concept and one of a kind, built within the Punta Bonita residential complex with direct access from the main terrace to Bonita Beach just 60 meters away.

Although it was designed as a luxury holiday home it also has that playful, relaxed feel about it that is synonymous with self catering holidays. A villa with many faces allowing each of its occupants to find the atmosphere, comfort and well being that he/she is looking for.

Built using state of the art materials, Villa Sofia has undeniable advantages putting it on a par with the most beautiful homes on the peninsula.

Bathrooms in treated soapstone embellished with Bisazza® mosaics, Hansgrohe® showers, Starck® designer spigots and Sealy® bedding, the biggest names in the industry and in design are guests at Villa Sofia ! The double insulated walls and ceilings mean that the biggest drawback in most local accommodation, heat in the late evening, is counteracted. In addition, this technique means that the need for air conditioning is minimized, meaning less energy consumption and more environmentally friendly!

Villa Sofia has three swimming pools, a huge main terrace with living area and large state of the art kitchen as well as 5 fabulous individually designed suites, each with its own personality, one of which is partially submerged!

Enjoy your holidays and above all relax and forget everyday hassle, a good night´s sleep is essential for unwinding. Villa Sofia is fitted with exclusively premium brand bedding such as Sealy and Egyptian cotton bed linen. Each suite has a TOSHIBA® flat screen Led 3D TV, Ipod®/Iphone®/Ipad® stations and minibar Naturally, broad band WIFI service is available throughout the house but if you forgot your laptop or tablet at home the TV in the Swimming Pool Suite has a 24hr internet connection.
